CAI Information

Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization that provides education and resources to the volunteer homeowners who govern community associations. CAI members are community association volunteer leaders, community managers, and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations.

CAI offers books, seminars, workshops, research, continuing education, periodicals and newsletters on community association management, governance and law. In addition, CAI advocates for legislative and regulatory policies that support responsible governance and effective management.
